Working hours: Vary based on role and due to the nature of our business being 7 days a week

 

Here at REAL, we have seen a positive uplift in travel requirements over recent months due to pandemic restrictions easing, and to support this we are expanding our Operations Team! We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Operations professionals at any level to join us! Members of our Operations Team will be responsible for the day-to-day running of REAL Transfers’ operations, ensuring REAL’s exceptional standards of customer service are met at all times.

 

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Playing a lead role in working with our key corporate clients and suppliers. This will include being a key point of contact, establishing and managing relationships providing the high-quality customer service expected.
  • Being responsible for dispatching transfers to drivers and ensuring bookings are managed properly with no issues – this involves monitoring flight landing times.
  • Ensuring client bookings are managed accurately and effectively as well as resolving any questions they may have either by phone or by email.
  • Assisting in financial administration when required. This will include raising sales invoices to the various clients.
  • Helping to interview potential drivers ensuring they have the right attributes to work for REAL.
  • Ensuring driver paperwork is maintained and kept up to date thereby complying with TFL regulations and legal requirements.
  • Assisting in identifying social media opportunities to promote REAL.
  • Assisting the New Business Director in chasing up potential leads.
  • Attending promotional events with other members of the REAL team when required.
  • Taking the initiative to research events, news articles and other relevant information that could positively impact REAL.

Required skills and experience:

 

  • You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in an operations role within a chauffeur, executive travel or taxi organisation.
  • You must be confident and willing to learn in a new but fast-growing organisation.
  • You must have the ability to effectively communicate with people verbally and in writing is essential.
  • You must be familiar with CMS/booking Systems.
  • You will need a basic level of financial understanding.
  • You must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
  • You will require a basic understanding of computer programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
